We do our best to securely package each item, however, due to USPS handling some pieces may settle and/or break apart during transit. If broken up, the candy pieces make great toppings on ice cream, cakes, yogurt, and many other things. We cannot be responsible for the actions of USPS and therefore cannot offer a refund/replacement for candies that have been damaged in transit.

Due to the nature of freeze-dried goods, there is no way to make them all identical. Some may differ in size, texture & consistency.

Due to health and insurance regulations, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations unless an incorrect or out-of-date product has been received.

*Please try to keep your bag of treats out of very hot weather and be sure to reseal your bag as quickly as possible after enjoying these treats, as they can become hardened if exposed to oxygen for too long*

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment received Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed on Sat-Mon will be processed on Tuesday.  Fruit and veggies may be the 24-hour ship rate exception. We strive to ensure your product is fresh and of the best quality. If a new batch is needed for this to happen please allow 3-4 additional business days to ship. 

Preorders are processed within 7 business days of payment received.
